Property management manages new property for a particular auction assigned by a client bank, individual or company.
This module keeps detail information of the property (title, property location, value, etc.) in a systematic way to ease for retrieving and reporting.

Auction Management

Auction management manages auction detail of a particular property. It keeps track an auction detail (auction date, time, venue) and interested bidder list, reserve price and etc. If a property is successfully sold during an auction, the successful bidder’s information will be captured.

Bidder Registration Module

Bidder registration module will register the bidders’ information for particular properties during the auction fair and will print out the list of bidders for the properties.
